**As of June 12, 2025, the project was awarded to Hollywood Lights, with an awarded amount of $877,605.91.** David Douglas High School Performing Arts Center, 1400 SE 130th Ave, Portland, OR 97233 The Work consists of upgrades to the theater lighting and sound system as indicated on Contract Documents prepared by Soderstrom Architects. Performing Arts Center 1. Upgrade theater lighting. 2. Upgrade theater sound system. The Work Consists of Upgrades to the Theater Lighting and Sound System Bids Will Not Be Considered Unless Accompanied by Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Surety Bond Made Payable to David Douglas School District in an Amount Equal to 10% of the Base Bid. Interest Will Not Be Allowed on Bid Security. David Douglas School District Reserves the Right to Reject All and Any Bids Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Procedures and Requirements and to Waive Informalities in This Bid.
