Exterior Renovation The Town of Islip Community Development Agency is seeking qualified CONTRACTORS to bid on the EXTERIOR RENOVATION of a privately owned commercial/ residential property located in the Downtown Revitalization District of Central Islip. Contractors must be licensed by Suffolk County, hold Worker's Compensation Insurance, Disability Insurance, General Liability Insurance, Contractual Liability Insurance and Automobile Liability Insurance. The amounts of Insurance and requirements will be detailed in the bid package Contractors must provide five (5) references of recent work. New York State Certified Minority and Women Owned Businesses as well as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses are encouraged to bid. Bid Bonds & Bonding will be required on bids of $100,000 or more
