Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Trinidad, Colorado. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of the project is for demolition and reconstruction of ALLEY "A", lying North of Main Street, and South of Church Street, West of Commercial Street, and East of Convent Street. The primary work elements consist of construction of concrete terraced dining area, with adjacent ADA compliant sidewalk, entrance feature and sign, railing, lighting, and other associated utilities. Questions concerning this IFB should be directed to: Public Works Director or Project Manager at (719)846-9843 All bids will be evaluated, and selections made as soonas possible after the bid opening. Award of bid is sub- ject to approval by the Trinidad City Council. Bidsshall be valid for a minimum of sixty days following the bid opening. The City of Trinidad reserves theright to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities,and to award orders for the items described either inwhole or in part, if it seems to be in the best interest ofthe City to do so.
