Las Animas County (County) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors/bidders to install three ADA van parking spaces with connecting sidewalks within the County Courthouse's 'alley' and 'courtyard'. This project will require the removal of existing road surface bricks that will be reinstalled against the newly constructed spaces and sidewalks. It also includes the removed and replacement (matching existing wall that includes 'dome' and taper) of approximately 100 lineal feet of park retaining wall and approximately 192 cubic yards of the 'park' south of the alley in which two of the three spaces will be constructed along with the new wall. The new wall will act as a 'park' retaining wall and be constructed/placed in a location south of the newly constructed ADA 'park' parking spaces. The sidewalks will connect the new spaces to existing Courthouse sidewalks.
