Site work for a water / sewer project in Trinidad, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order ofthe City of Trinidad (Owner), negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bondexecuted by the bidder and an acceptable surety in anamount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shallbe submitted with the Bid. The City of Trinidad will not be responsible forpremature opening of bids not properly labeled. Onlybids received by GMS, Inc., Consulting Engineers onor before the aforesaid date and hour set for closing ofthis Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be eligible for consideration. Any bid received after the closing time,regardless of the method of delivery, will be returnedunopened to the bidder. Bids may not be withdrawn after the closing time. All bids will be evaluated and a selection made as soonas possible after the bid opening. Award of bid is subject to approval by the Trinidad City Council. Bidsshall be valid for a minimum of sixty (60) days following the bid opening. The City of Trinidad reserves theright to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities,and to award orders for the items described either inwhole or in part, if it seems to be in the best interest ofthe City to do so.
