The Trinidad Housing Authority of The City of Trinidad seeks proposalsfor Licensed contractors,Electricians, Plumbers,and HVAC for the Modernization project of 18units that were built in1962. The Project is to provide and sustain quality,modernized affordablehousing and to improvethe quality of life for residents. The project will include 18units, new electrical, newplumbing, new hvac and a contractor to remodelfrom initial planning tofinal completion.
