The Project consists of applying crack seal, emulsified asphalt seal coat, and placement of new pavement markings on Runway 3-21 and the taxiway turnaround that includes Taxiways A1 & A2. Additive alternates will be included for the following additional pavement areas: east ramp, west ramp, and the northeast hangar taxilane. Bids will be received for each schedule of work. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids must remain in effect for 90 days after the bid opening date. Within 90 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder or reject any or all Bids for the Project. LAS ANIMAS COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of LAS ANIMAS COUNTY, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
