Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Liberty, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Description: The project includes pulverizing the existing asphalt surface, placement of crushed aggregate base course, and placement of new pavement and gravel shoulder. Existing intersection of Pine River Road and Range Line Road will be adjusted away from existing building to the south and will include pulverizing pavement, placement of new curb and gutter, new base as needed, and new pavement in accordance with the plans and specifications. Approximate quantities are as follows: 13,000 SY of pulverize existing asphalt 400 CY of excavation 460 Tons of 7-inch depth breaker run 460 Tons of 4-inch depth CABC 3,500 Tons of HMA Pavement 300 Tons of gravel shoulder 450 LF of 24-inch concrete curb & gutter And other associated appurtenances This is an Agricultural Road Improvement Program (ARIP) Project.
