T&M Contract for our ammonia system at Mt Van Hoevenberg in Lake Placid NY. The Olympic Authority invites you to submit a bid for consideration for a term contract for work to be completed on a time and material basis. The intent of this bid is that a contract will be signed with the selected contractor to engage and complete ammonia piping related projects at Mt Van Hoevenberg. Each separate project will be issued based on estimated time and material and is called a "Release". The contract will be issued for a period of one (1) year with two (2) options to renew, each for a period of one (1) year. The Olympic Authority intends to award a contract to one bidder.
