Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lockport, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 28, 2025, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid Scope of work: To provide construction services for the renovation of an approximately 4,000 sq. fit., two story, slab on grade, office building located at 6570 Dysinger Road ("Town Center") for the purpose of creating modem office space and community space for the Town of Lockport. The work will consist of all aspects of renovation, from demolition to finishing work, and will include but not be limited to: Demolition of interior walls, reframe metal partitions, provide batt insulation, drywall to finish, and paint, provide ceiling material. Furnish all interior doors with metal frames, paint, stain and finish. Provide and install all hardware. Front door to be removed, refinished and stained, re-installed and provided with access hardware. Provide plumbing and fixtures for men's and women's toilets including toilet partitions. Provide and install drinking fountains. Electrical scope to include wiring, ceiling fixtures, emergency lighting, all required ADA entry doors. HVAC consisting primarily of duct work, inspection and refurbishment of RTU and PTAC units. Floor finishes to include LVT and ceramic tile. Communications, access management, and security to be coordinated with owner. Install new ADA ramp from parking lot to building, including final grade and seeding of disturbed area.
