Reference Number 0000385653 It is the intent of the County to contract with a qualified firm to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repair services for the Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Purchase Type Duration: 2 years Option: Three (3) one-year extensions upon mutual agreement Question Acceptance Deadline 05/15/2025 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Division of Purchasing, Philo J. Brooks County Office Building, 59 Park Avenue, Lockport, New York 14094, at 716-439-7210 The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in proposals, to accept the proposal in part or as a whole. Reservations are required and can be made via e-mail to jennifer.marotta@niagaracounty.gov. Proposals received at the County Purchasing Department after the submission deadline shall be returned unopened and will not be considered. The County is not responsible for delivery delays and the clock at the County Purchasing Department shall indicate the official time of receipt. Facsimile or electronically mailed proposals are not acceptable and will be rejected. Clearly mark envelope "RFP 2025-33 HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services" on the outside of the proposal envelope. Failure to do so may necessitate the premature opening of the proposal which may compromise its confidentiality.
