Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Demolition, new exterior cast-in-place concrete sidewalks and stairways, new guardrail/handrail systems, painting, aluminum door and glass replacement, door hardware, minor landscaping and excavation work. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 1, 2025 The City of West Chicago is seeking bids for entranceway improvements at the Police Department building located at 325 Spencer Street, West Chicago, Illinois, 60185. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Demolition, new exterior cast-in-place concrete sidewalks and stairways, new guardrail/handrail systems, painting, aluminum door and glass replacement, door hardware, minor landscaping and excavation work. All technical questions regarding the project shall be directed in writing to Lauren Ruhl, Project Coordinator, at Kluber, Inc., at lruhl@kluberinc.com. All questions shall be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM on April 15, 2025. All questions will be answered and posted on Quest CDN advertisement by 4:00 p.m. on April 17, 2025.
