This project consists of the construction of exterior renovation to the existing cafeteria building. This will consist of replacing the exterior facade with new veneer, doors and windows. Construction is expected to start late May 2025. Each bidder must deposit, sealed with his/her bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) in the form of a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond if the bid is over $50,000. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. If the bid is over $50,000 the subcontractor will include in the bid amount the cost for Performance, Payment & Maintenance bonds for the full value of the subcontract amount. These bonds must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state of Oklahoma and approved by Rick Scott Construction This project is tax exempt.
