2025 Dust Control Scope The work consists of delivering and applying approximately 6,000,000 gallons of Dust Control to various roads across the County. The Contractor is to work with the County's Dust Control Foremen daily to determine locations, rates, and gallons required. Questions during the bidding should be directed to the Road and Bridge Superintendent Layton Northrop at 701-444-7158. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as required by Section 43-07-05 and Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code and a copy of the license or certificate of renewal thereof issued shall be enclosed in the required bid bond envelope. No bid will be considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bidder's security and licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately. A certified check of $500.00 (five hundred dollars) shall be required and must be submitted at the time of bid along with a North Dakota Contractors License and a Plan of Action. Project Timeline The work shall commence on or after April 15th, 2025 and be completed on or about October 31st, 2025, depending on the weather. Working hours shall be Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 06:30 pm, excluding the County observed holidays and adverse weather.
