**As of June 09, 2025, the project was awarded toColacurcio Brothers Construction with an awarded amount of $1,964,312.10.** The project provides for the improvement of Commercial Ave/SR 20 Spur/ 12th St from milepost 51.81 to 52.98by resurfacing the roadway, installing new signal equipment, installing ADA curb ramps, mountable traffic islands, pavement markings and permanent signing and other work. A bid deposit equal to 5%of the bid amount is required. The City of Anacortes, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964(78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C.2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
