The Commissioners' Court of Hood County is seeking sealed proposals from highly qualified, licensed, experienced, and responsible firms to perform Storm Drain & Paving Improvements at the Hood County Acton Annex. Any questions regarding this RFP should be directed to the Hood County Purchasing Agent at gtilleman@hoodcounty.texas.gov no later than April 17, 2025 at 12PM. Submittals received later than the above date and time will be rejected regardless of reason, including delayed delivery. Proposers will be read at that time in a public meeting and held by the Hood County Purchasing Agent's Office. After evaluation of completeness, price, completion time, references, experience and qualifications, it may be awarded by the Commissioners' Court at a future Court date. Hood County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities for the best interest of Hood County. Payment bonds and performance bonds for 100% of the proposed price may be required based on the proposed price. All invoices shall be paid at the regular semi-monthly meeting of the Hood County Commissioner's Court. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
