Wastewater Treatment Facility Estimate: $6,000,000 Work of this proposed Contract comprises of installation of a packaged wastewater treatment plant provided under a separate contract as described in Section 33 32 00 Package Plant Equipment Installation as well as providing and installing structures, equipment, buildings, appurtenances, etc. as required by the plans for a full working wastewater treatment plant. General construction work is included. Construction a) Coordination with other contractors is necessary (Utility, Paving, Franchise, Retaining Wall, and Landscape). b) Contractor shall access the site through an existing gravel driveway on Old Granbury Road. The Contractor shall coordinate access with the Developer and District Engineer prior to construction. Any damage caused by the Contractor shall be repaired at the Contractor's expense. c) Erosion Control: The Erosion Control Plan, NOI, SWPPP and inspections are the responsibility of the Owner. Contractor will be responsible for maintenance of erosion control. d) Construction Staking: Refer to Supplementary Conditions. Contractor is responsible for costs associated with all re-stakes and all additional stakes above and beyond those mentioned in this section. Re-staking and re-verification costs will be tracked and handled on a case by case basis. e) Coordination with Testing Lab: Refer to Special Conditions. Contractor is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and plotting all tests. Contractor is also responsible for ensuring that all tests and retests have passed. f) Safety rules and regulations are the Contractor's obligation to be observed for traffic and OSHA requirements on all construction phases of this project. The Contractor shall be responsible to ensure that any and all provisions of the various regulations are met and complied to. g) Water for construction purposes shall be supplied by the Owner from on-site water well and/or surface water detention ponds within Phase 1 of the development. Water well is located approximately 2,600 LF from WWTP site. Exhibit provided. h) Call Texas 811 to locate all existing utilities before any construction. i) A final geotechnical report prepared by Terracon is included for reference. j) Coordinate with Developer prior to any grading activities on adjacent properties.
