The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: New lagoon valve installation. Lagoon valve replacement. Miscellaneous piping and site work as required. Asphalt patching. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Lagoon valve installation, lagoon valve replacement, asphalt patching, miscellaneous piping and site work, and site restoration. Question Deadline 04/11/2025 The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, Bidder is required to deliver the original bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening.
