Site work and paving for a road / highway in Springfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: The Town of Springfield 2025 Road Maintenance project includes chip sealing of approximately 12,310 LF (or approximately 36,900 SY) of rural roadway across multiple roadways. Double chip sealing will be completed in select locations. Work is to also include necessary traffic control to complete work as well as street sweeping after completion of chip sealing. This work will be completed at different locations within the Township. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through online.
