The Town of Springfield 2026 Road Maintenance project includes chip sealing of approximately 38,915 LF of rural roadway across multiple roadways. Double chip sealing will be completed in select locations, both partial and full width sections of roadway as directed by the Town. Work is to also include necessary traffic control to complete work. This work will be completed at different locations within the Township. Additionally, there are two Bid Alternatives as part of this project for two additional locations for both single and double chip sealing. Bids will be accepted ONLY through QuestCDN.com via the online electronic bid service (Quest vBid). Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at www.Questcdn.com. Bidding Documents are available for download for $45 by inputting Quest eBidDoc #10097329. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with Quest CDN as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website. Quest CDN requires the bidding documents to be downloaded from the site in order to submit a bid in the Vbid system. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through Quest CDN. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Quest CDN.
