Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The project includes rehabilitation of approximately 1800 LF of Dahmen Drive with a bid alternate including an additional 3115 LF of roadway rehabilitation on Clover Hill Drive. Roadway rehabilitation work includes the addition of gravel base over the existing pavement, pulverization of added gravel base and existing roadway, regrading of pulverized material, proof roll of roadway base and any required undercut, placement of new asphaltic pavement and gravel shoulders. Project work also includes driveway grading, select culvert replacements, ditching and associated erosion control and restoration for ditching and culverts as indicated in the Construction Plans and Documents. The Work will be substantially completed on or before August 30th, 2025 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 13th, 2025.
