Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Santa Rosa, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
As of April 15, 2025, the project was awarded to JSJ Fire Inc with an awarded amount of $591,818. Project includes the installation of a fire protection system to include a fire riser room, sitework/utility work with the new proposed fire line from the city's waterline, adjustments to the existing fire alarm system to be integrated into the fire protection system, and interior finishes. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the project sites. Details included in the bid documents. All general contractors are encouraged to attend. Santa Rosa ISD reserves the right to reject any and/ or all submittals, to award contracts as may appear advantageous to Santa Rosa ISD and to waive all formalities in the procurement process.
