Div 5 - Architectural Woodwork 3. Div 8 - Exterior Windows, Entrances, Glazing 4. Div 8(B) - Doors, Frames, and Hardware 5. Div 9 (a) - Gypsum assemblies 6. Div 9 (b) - Ceramic Tile 7. Div 9 (c) - Flooring 8. Div 9 (d) - Acoustic Treatment 9. Div 9 (e)- Painting 10. Div 10 - Specialties 11. Div 21 - Sprinkler System Upgrades 12. Div 22 - Plumbing 13. Div 23-HVAC 14. Div 26 - Electrical 15. Div 27 - Low Voltage 16. Mise Packages to be determined. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or Combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All workforce performing work at any of the project sites will be required to pass a criminal and background check and must be compliant with all applicable laws. All companies will need to submit a written plan for employee drug testing that: (i) covers all employees of the bidder who will perform work on the public work project; and (ii) meets, or exceeds, the requirements set forth in IC 4-13-18-5 or IC 4-13-18-6.
