Reference Number 0000382257 Pleased submit proposal ($/year) for a 3 year contract, renewable in a yearly basis, to provide Emergency Generator Preventive Maintenance Service The price includes all labor, material, travel, end tools to perform 1 Annual Preventive Maintenance check per year and 3 Quarterly Preventive Maintenance checks per year. As part of the annual service replace engine oil, oil filters, fuel filters, and service the air filters. Question Deadline 04/16/2025 at 4:00 PM ET All questions are to be submitted in writing via email to: Tim McDavitt, Purchasing/Finance tmcdavitt@northkingstownri.gov Questions are submitted online No Proposals will be evaluated, and the award shall be made based on the lowest evaluated or responsive bid price. A certificate of Insurance showing $1 million General Liability and $1 million Any Auto, with the Town being named as an additional insured; Worker's Compensation with a waiver of subrogation; will be required of the successful vendor.
