Provide labor, materials, equipment, insurance and incidentals to install a new lift station at the existing Robbins Preserve located at 4005 S. Hiatus Road, Davie, FL 33330 as indicated in the attached plans. All work shall be performed in compliance with the latest edition of all applicable codes, including, but not limited to, the Florida Building Code (2023 Edition), the Town of Davie Land Development Code, the Town of Davie Code of Ordinances, and the Broward County Code of Ordinances. All Work shall meet or exceed the standards of the industry for workmanship. The estimated budget for this project is $755,791.00. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall take and confirm all necessary field dimensions: New water service and force main extension, and meters New sewer service and gravity main extension New electric infrastructure service and light pole New concrete pad and ramp, with fencing for lift station/utilities yard New sod and landscaping Repair site trenched or disturbed for construction including gravel road, paved road and parking area, sod for the length of the new pipes. This preserve is open to the public and is currently fully operational and will remain fully operational during the course of construction.
