Upper Pottsgrove Township New Municipal Complex For the construction of a New Municipal Complex to be located at 2290 Gilbertsville Road, Pottstown, PA 19464. - Work includes Site Construction, General Construction, Plumbing Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction. No bid may be withdrawn after the due date and time or within sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. Upper Pottsgrove Township reserves the right at its option to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all of Bids and to reject all Bids if it is in the best interest of the Upper Pottsgrove Township. Questions will be accepted until 5:00 P.M., prevailing time, Monday May 12, 2025; questions will be accepted through online All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid and all other documents in the checklist. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidders at a later date along with all other required documentation. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
