Tookany Creek Trail, Phase III (Stage 2) consisting of new trail construction along the Took any Creek in Cheltenham Township. The responding bidder is solely responsible for all costs related to the preparation of the bid. The results will be posted via the Open Gov Procurement Portal. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. The successful Bidder must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All contractors must have a mercantile\business privilege license with Cheltenham Township. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time the Township may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications.
