Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Pre-qualifications, issued under Contract C14-01-24 which closed on March 13, 2024. General Contractor required for interior renovations to the existing washrooms, storage, and multipurpose room spaces at the Alexander Park Field House, 201 Whitney Avenue, Hamilton ON. The renovations will improve accessibility and winterize the washrooms for year-round use. There will also be interior and envelope improvements to the field house's multipurpose space (including new insulation, glazing, heating and cooling) as well as an exterior sun canopy adjacent to the building.
