This project includes the installation of a storm sewer network, improvements to an existing play area, fencing, and paving at Rideau Public School located at 9 Dundas St, Kingston, Ontario. This contract also includes the removal of existing soft and hardscapes, existing portable foundations, flexible pavement, and fencing to accommodate the construction and removals. The site will undergo minor regrading on the west side of the school, allowing for improved drainage. This project includes but is not limited to site work, storm drainage installation, exterior play structures, paving, fencing, and landscaping. Respondents shall attend the site meeting at their own risk and hold the Board harmless for any issues or damages arising out of their attendance of the site meeting. The Board will not consider any claims for additional payments during the execution of the Work for extra work or difficulties encountered resulting from conditions which were either visible or could be reasonably inferred from an examination of the Place of the Work and the available project information prior to the submission of Proposals.
