Renovation of a library in Southbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Southbury, Connecticut is seeking sealed bids for providing all design services, labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the design and replacement of the current Town Library elevator located at 100 Poverty Road, Southbury, CT 06488. It is the intent of the Town to enter into a contractual agreement with one qualified Contractor to provide services. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items, or total bid and to waive any informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Southbury. The Town of Southbury is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer. Question Deadline 04/16/2025 Requests for Information (RFIs) concerning the project should be emailed to Public Works Director Blake Leonard at BLeonard@southbury-ct.gov, with a copy to Facilities Manager Alan Russo at Maintenance@southbury-ct.gov.
