Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project is located in Summerside, PEI and connects onto Water Street East and MacEwen Road. The work involves the construction of 2.4 kms of new collector road as well as the construction of all noted interconnecting local roads and stub streets for future development. The work also involves the construction of both major intersections at MacEwen Road and Water Street East as well as the construction of approximately 2.4 kms of new asphalt trail and 2.1 kms of new concrete sidewalk. Street construction, concrete sidewalk and asphalt trail were previously constructed to within 50mm of finished granular grade. The current phase will be comprised of the installation of the remaining 50mm Class "A" gravel, asphalt and concrete for a complete finished product.
