Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fullerton, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
No Bid will be accepted unless it is made on the Bid Schedule form furnished by the Public Works Department, Engineering Division contained within the Specifications. The Work shall consist of, but not limited to: demolition and removals for existing facilities; grading and excavation; water pollution control and reporting; construction of concrete hardscape, asphalt concrete pavement, curb ramps, curbs; drainage facilities; fencing; lighting, irrigation; landscaping; striping and signage; and all related work. The time of completion of contract shall be ninety (90) working days as defined in the Standard Specifications for Public Works, 2024 Edition. Liquidated Damages, as defined in the referenced specifications, Section 6-9, shall be $600 per calendar day. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $2,400,000.
