The City of Warner Robins is accepting bids for the installation of 2 (two) new 48" exhaust fans at the Central Receiving Warehouse. Bid must include but not be limited to installation and all electrical work. Purchase and location of fans will be discussed at the pre-bid meeting. The removal, disposal and hauling away of any and all trash and debris to an approved EPD landfill or location is required. By submitting a bid, the bidder certifies that they are not currently debarred from submitting bids by any agency of the State of Georgia and the federal government, nor are they an agent of any person or entity that is currently debarred from submitting bids on contracts by any agency of the State of Georgia or the federal government. Nothing in this Specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractors' responsibility to verify measurements and request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. Prospective bidders requiring general information, minor clarification, or interpretation of the bid documents may direct their questions through the online by the designated date and time of Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bids with all required documents through online by the designated date and time of Friday, April 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: Comprehensive General Liability: 1 Million per Occurrence/2 Million General Aggregate Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million Combined Single Limit Worker's Compensation: Statutory, required with 3 or more Umbrella Liability: 1 Million No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until all required insurance documents are obtained and a purchase order has been issued. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be the most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, all factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest.
