The Project consists of: replacement of existing, damaged foundation insulation panels with new insulation panels. The Work of the Contract consists of: o Demolition of existing foundation insulation panels. o Installation of new foundation insulation panels. o Rough carpentry as required to perform the installation of new foundation panels. o Installation of joint sealant as directed by foundation panel manufacturer. o Installation of metal flashing as required and / or as directed by foundation panel manufacturer. o Clean-up of the work and site as required. o Any and all Work, whether or not indicated, occurring in parts of the building other than the scheduled unit which may be required to successfully complete the scheduled Work . o Patching, and touching up in connection with the Work. o Restoration to at the this Project's pre-condi9on of: o Any items damage or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the Project Site. o Any of the Site's existing conditions not indicated for modification, but which may be damaged or destroyed by this Project's operations. o Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. o Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. o Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. o Indicated work. o Incidental work (whether-or-not indicated) which is required for completion of all indicated Work.
