Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Beecher, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Forest Preserve District of Will County requests a quote from your company to complete the following public work project per the attached specifications. The successful contractor will be required to enter into a binding contract and to provide proof of adherence to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, which will include submission of a certified payroll. Please provide your quote total as a sum of the activities described within. This work consists of door and door frame replacement, including all applicable hardware, accessories, and installation materials, of a single exterior entry door at Tempest Farm Preserve, 29528 S Yates Ave, Beecher, IL 60401. Door materials shall consist of a six-panel hollow 36" x 84" metal right-hand door and frame, primed and painted white. Door should include a single knob with lock and three-piece hinge. Existing door, door frame and hardware to be disposed of by the contractor. The total cost for this work (materials, labor, and disposal) shall be bid as a lump sum for each as outlined on Page 1 of this Request for Quote. Contractors may access the site from dusk to dawn. To access the interior of the facility, please coordinate with the project manager in advance.
