Site work for a civil project in Cranbrook, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Civil Works including: Site preparation for the construction of two reservoirs (by others) and containerized Water Treatment Plant (WTP by others). Yard piping for reservoirs and WTP container, including HDPE watermains, PVC drains and electrical conduits. Excavation, foundation preparation and backfilling for new concrete structures. New well pump assemblies for two existing wells, including removal of one existing assembly Structural Works including: Concrete foundation for WTP, and anchorage of container on foundation. Concrete pads for Generator and Residential booster pump kiosk. Mechanical Works including residential booster pump kiosk near reservoirs, complete with pumps and piping. Electrical Works including: New BC Hydro power service, standby Generator near WTP, complete with fuel tank and enclosure. Instrumentation for reservoir including pressure transducer, level switches and hatch/door alarms Coordination and Integration of Commissioning for WTP, Reservoirs, Booster Pumps and associated instrumentation, with assistance from WTP supplier.
