Looking for General Contractors to bid on the following projects. Please quote each job seperately 1. Cutting, Framing and installation of a new overhead door to be installed in an existing metal building -door size to be confirmed by contractor based on vehicle size which is 31' long, 9'8" wide, 9'11" tall Investigation, purchase and eventual instllation of a deisel exhaust system if current system is no longer valid. - electrical to be included - details to be discussed with the College 2. construction of a sea can structure. structure to include 2-40ft sea cans provided by the College and 1 20 foot sea can to be purchased by the successful conctractor. Doors, windows and railings to be cut and installed by contractor - Engineering will be at the expense of the contractor - location and removal of exisiting materials to be discussed with the College. -picture attached for reference - engineered stair case to be constructed inside the structure to get from 1st floor to second -railing needed for the smaller structure will need to be engineered and proof to be supplied -decking of seacan must be installed. Optoins include metal grated material. must be non slip -6" drainage rock or equivalent must be laid down prior to placing seacans with slope to existing catch basin -awaiting confirmation of the "tube structure" outside of hte sea cans. Will issue an addendum when known. 3. Walled sctructure to be constructed within an exisiting space --all equipment within the space must be removed by contractor piror to construction of walled structure. --picture attached for reference -within this space there are two overhead doors. One must be removed and framed in, the other removed and replaced by a set of metal double doors which need to be painted. -structure can be rough OSB on walls 4. Non paved roadway to access fire hydrant --looking for material to be laid down to access the hydrant and will be somewhat snow removal friendly. -bollards to be installed to protect existing fire hydrant -concrete pad to be poured in surrounding area of hydrant to protect from degradation. - picture attached for reference 5. Bathroom to be constructed in what is currently an office. -toilet, sink, vanity, electrical -Haz mat testing must be completed on flooring surfaces prior to work commencing. 6.
