Materials Testing and Inspection Services The scope of work for the Project shall be as described in the Contract Documents, the statement of special inspections (see attached Exhibit F), the construction testing lab scope (see attached Exhibit B - Cost Worksheet) and this RFQ/P. Respondents should expect to work with the Architect, The General Contractor, Owner's Representative, and the Owner in all aspects of the review of the Project. All special inspection tasks and construction material testing tasks are to be conducted in a transparent manner and shall be done consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, regulations, and ordinances requirements. The scope of work shall be as described in the drawings and in the project manual for the new school for 1,086 students in grades 6 through 12 on the property of the existing Gaudet Middle School. The new middle-high school shall consist of a three-story wing for the middle school and a four-story wing for the high school connected by a central corridor. The overall building will be approximately 211,000 square feet.
