The Town of Middletown is seeking bids to partially demolish and reconstruct the deck at the Second Beach Pavilion, located at 315 Sachuest Point Road in Middletown, RI. The existing deck is made of both concrete and wood. The wooden part of the existing deck is to be resurfaced and a larger wooden deck is to be constructed, as described in the Plans. The Town of Middletown reserves the right to postpone the submittal deadline and opening of bids any time before the date and time announced in the request for bid or subsequent addenda.
