Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Stevensville, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
MDT is accepting bids for the demolition and removal of a structure, at 485 Grassland Dr in Stevensville. An optional pre-bid site inspection is planned. Please review the prerequisites GEM was contracted to complete an asbestos inspection to confirm / deny if detectable asbestos mineral fibers are present or absent from building materials associated with the single-family residence and outlying garage. The scope of the inspection included all suspect building materials located in the single family residence and the outlying garage. o GEM completed a preliminary site walk and met with Tracy Deeds on site on 4/9/24 at 10:00am. The anticipated scope of work will include a hazardous building material assessment for asbestos, lead-based paint, PCB light ballasts, mercury controls, methamphetamine, and visual inspection for mold. Site plans for the structure may include demolition or moving.
