The Town of Stevensville, Montana is formally requesting proposals for the following services. Non-invasive leak detection services on the entirety of the Town of Stevensville water system. Testing shall include all water mains throughout the system. The scope does not include leak detection of the storage reservoir; however, it shall include testing of the water main up to the connection to the reservoir. Upon completion of testing, the contractor will provide an inspection report to the Town detailing the findings of the investigation. Water system maps showing the water main locations are available from the Town Clerk upon request. The work covered under this proposal is funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The Contractor and all subcontractors shall pay for all labor employed at no less than the minimum standard prevailing rate of wages for each classification, which shall be the higher of either the Montana Prevailing Wage Rates or the Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates. It is the intent of the Town of Stevensville to select a qualified consultant that will achieve the goals of this RFP through an open and competitive process. This award will be subject to the Town of Stevensville's terms and conditions. Issuance of this RFP and Receipt of proposals does not commit the Town of Stevensville to move forward with an award or complete the project described. A copy of the successful respondent's insurance certificate must also be on file before services begin. The Town of Stevensville will not reimburse bidders for proposal costs, including costs for preparation & coordination of required documents.
