Renovation of a residential development in Stevensville, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the repairs to the structure at 4791 Eastside Hwy, Stevensville, MT 59870: STPS 203-1(26)4, 6138-026-000, North of Stevensville-North, Parcel 06 Drain, remove, dispose of existing diesel heater system (terminate and permanently cap any lines to/from house). Remove the current wiring and install all new electrical system wiring and panels throughout the house including: All new receptacles and GFCI's where necessary, Install new electric wall heating system, including thermostat, New wiring for a refrigerator in the kitchen area, New outlet outside on the west side of the structure, New light on outside of structure near the new outlet on the west side of the structure, including switch to turn light off and on, Cutting drywall is approved but must be put back to the original state including painting, texture, and mudding if necessary (this includes ceilings, trim and walls), Install a new temperature and pressure relief valve on the electric water heater, Fix leak under kitchen sink and repair any damage caused by leak, Install new bathroom fan with system venting to the exterior, Remove steps to west entrance and replace with new and permanent steps and handrailing, Install gutter system, Remove and replace roofing. Secure brick work above eastern entry way. The successful Contractor must complete all repairs listed above on or before 12/1/2025. Any repairs done to the interior are no issue, but any exterior repairs would need to be as close as possible to the current appearance.
