Description: In general, work consists of the following park improvements: Pavement removals, erosion control, earthwork, concrete paving, asphalt paving, court painting, water service, electrical, site amenities and restoration. Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Crystal shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities in any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The City Council will consider and possibly act to award the contract at its meeting on May 6, 2025, which starts at 7:00 PM at Crystal City Hall, 4141 Douglas Drive N, Crystal, MN 55422. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
