Notice Content2025-1 Maintenance Improvement Program Mill, Patch, and Resurface of Several Roads City of Logansport, IndianaADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The City of Logansport, Indiana will receive bids for the 2025-1 MaintenanceImprovement Program Mill, Patch, and Resurface of Several Roads in accordance with the Contract Documents,Construction Schedule and Specifications. Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, April 23,2025, in the Logansport Clerk-Treasurer's Office, 601 E. Broadway, Room 203, Logansport, IN 46947. Bids receivedafter that time will be returned unopened. The bids will be opened Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., at theCity of Logansport, Indiana, Board of Works meeting. The roads referenced in the bid are: Industrial Blvd. from SR.29 to Co. Rd. 50 E., Billiard Dr. from Industrial Blvd. to Cul-De-Sac, Mall Road from High St. to Market St., Yorktown Rd. from High St. to Market St., Cass Plaza Drive from Market St. to Broadway, W. Roselawn Dr. from George St. to Market St., 18th St. from South Side of Bridge (Nbi 0900082) to R.R. Tracks, E. Main St. from 18thSt. to US 24, E. Main St. from Road Split to US 24, Miami Ave. from W. Market St. to SR 17, Miami Ave. from SR 17to 6th St., W. Broadway St. from Front St. to Market St. The project includes structural HMA resurfacing with patching to the roadways, as needed. Elements include 1.5-5 of milling, wedge and level as needed, pavement removal, patching of intermediate and aggregate as needed. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashiers or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidders bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the City of Logansport, Indiana. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on May 7, 2025. The City of Logansport, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids.
