Bid is cancelled. The project is located approximately 5 miles west from Eureka Montana, as a crow flies, on highway 37. From Eureka Mt, travel north on Dewey Avenue (US Highway 93) to the intersection with MT37. Turn west and travel 5.4 miles on MT-37 to the intersection with Gateway Street. Turn north onto Gateway Street and travel about 500 feet and Rexford Bench will be on your right. Install water and sewer improvements at the Rexford Bench Campground, including sewer lift stations, gravity system, sewer piping, water distribution lines, coordination with the local electric cooperative for power service, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, earthwork, grading, asphalt repaving, directional drilling, and all miscellaneous tasks associated with water and septic system installation and site restoration. Optional work includes installation of an RV dump station involving demolition, removal of gravity sewer lines and associated components, signage, electrical service, lighting, and site reclamation; and water supply improvements including flowmeters, electrical service, water sampling station, vault boring, and related appurtenances. The contractor must provide a site-specific safety plan, staging plan, and coordinate with other contractors if simultaneous work occurs. All work must comply with OSHA regulations and be performed Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding federal holidays. The campground will be closed during construction but may be used by employees. Government Cost Estimate, per FAR 36.204, is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
