This project will include: Base - Install water and sewer improvements at the Rexford Bench Campground. This project will include installing sewer lift stations, gravity system, sewer piping, installing and repairing water distribution lines, coordination with the local electric coop for power service, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, earth work, grading, repaving asphalt, directional drilling, and all miscellaneous needs associated with water and septic system installation and the ensuing dress up. Option #1 - Install an RV dump station which include, grubbing, demolition, remove gravity sewer, sewer lines and accoutrements, signage, electrical service, disturbance reclamation, lighting. Option #2 - Water supply improvements which include flowmeters, electrical service, water sampling station, vault boring and appurtenance, etc. Kootenai National Forest Project Magnitude: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 All questions are due no later than 8 April, 2026 at 3:00PM MT.
