Marianna Readiness Center Reroofing for Florida National Guard TRADES REQUIRED: Roofing. At least 5 days before the bid opening date prospective bidders must submit a notice of intent to submit a bid on bidder's company letterhead with a name and e-mail address for the company contact person, a copy of the company's current corporate registration with the Florida Department of State (SunBiz.org), and a current copy of State Contractor's and Business License required by DBPR for the respective trade. Bidders who are currently working on CSI Contracting, Inc. projects or have successfully completed CSI Contracting projects in the last 12 months will be pre-qualified. Please contact Scott Watson or Jay Beard at CSI Contracting to verify your pre-qualification, (850) 875-1471. After the bid opening, the low bidder may be required to provide additional financial and bidding qualifications in accordance with FAC Rule 60D5.004. If the Base Bid or the Base Bid plus the sum of any alternates exceed $100,000.00 the bidder shall enclose a certified check, cashier's check, treasurer's check, bank draft or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee for the purpose set out in Instructions to Bidders. If the construction contract award amount exceeds $100,000.00, a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required and will be issued with the award of contract.
