Site work for a transportation facility in Marianna, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Building and site improvements to an existing 250,000 square foot facility located at Marianna airport, 3595 Industrial Park Drive. The improvements will include a concrete vehicle drive-in ramp, installations of rollup doors, roof and siding repairs, relocation of ceiling obstructions, and building life safety and code compliance Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Small business and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals, and firms using such subcontractors are strongly encouraged to solicit such firms in the subcontracting process. Any Contracts/subcontracts issued under this procurement must comply with the necessary affirmative steps to ensure that minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used, when possible, in accordance with 2 CFR _ 200.321.
