Site work and paving for a civil project in Marianna, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project primarily consists of paving approximately 3,976 LF of Mashburn Road which is currently a graded roadway. Construction activities include clearing and grubbing, roadway subgrade and base construction, ditch grading, drainage structures, turnout construction, grassing, roadway signing and pavement markings. This project also includes the construction of a stormwater retention pond for future development. Also included in the project is a new 12" water main extension along the north side of Mashburn Road from the end of existing pavement to New Hope Road. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders are encouraged to solicit Minority and Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation and provide documentation of such solicitation.
