Please indicate on the envelope that this is a sealed bid, for " Ulyss Road Bridge B-SCOP" Plans and specifications can be obtained at Dewberry Engineers Inc., 20684 Central Avenue East, Blountstown, Florida 32424. For questions, please contact Jon Sims at (850) 209-8528 or jsims@dewberry.com . The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. Bids will be presented to the Board on or about Tuesday, August 5 th , 2025 at 9 AM (CST). The Bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder. This project will include repairs to Ulyss Road over Gum Slough Bridge #534016 in Jackson County, Florida. The scope of this project will include removal and reset of existing edge rails, replacement of wheel runner planks, replace all deck timbers, replace rotted underbracing, replace damaged wingwall boards, install riprap rubble around wingwalls, replace abutment backwall boards, secure pile cap splices and remove channel debris. All work will be completed within existing right-of-way. Total length of the project is 0.008 miles. Completion date for this project will be 120 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $1,000.00 per day. Question Deadline 07/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
